In 1990, Jeff Nelson & Danny Alias opened the Wrigleyville Antique Mall with 6 dealers in one very small storefront. Within three years they had quadrupled their size, added another 50+ dealers and had become a premier midcentury modern destination in the midwest.

By 1998, the growing pains returned. They purchased a classic Art Deco structure in Chicago’s hot Edgewater neighborhood and opened a new 20,000 sq. ft. facility, the Broadway Antique Market, 6130 N. Broadway.

Today, BAM! boasts two huge floors with over 75 dealers specializing in better 20th century art, objects and furniture.

Print, Film & TV stylists make BAM! a weekly haunt for their prop needs. Indeed, dealers, collectors and musems from around the country have made BAM! Chicago’s #1 antique destination.

In fact, BAM! has become one of the most “reviewed” antique stores in America... with credits including HGTV, Metropolitan Home, House & Garden Magazine, USA Today... and locally, WLS-TV, WGN-TV, NBC-TV, WBBM-TV, Chicago Tribune/Suntimes, Chicago Social, New City, Windy City Times, etc.
